Robert W. Sabes was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota and attended the University of Minnesota, where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. Mr. Sabes joined the American Fruit and Produce Company, a large family owned regional food distributor. Mr. Sabes served as Officer, Director and Manager in the Food Service Division from 1964 to 1976.
In 1976 Mr. Sabes formed his own restaurant management company, Hospitality Plus, Inc., that managed restaurants and clubs owned by Mr. Sabes. Mr. Sabes served as President and CEO of Hospitality Plus, a company that consulted, managed, financed and developed Indian gaming and other economic development opportunities with Indian tribes. Mr. Sabes was a Bruegger’s licensee for the Atlanta, GA area in the mid 1990’s. With his associates he built out three (3) units and a commissary. They were sold back to the parent company in the late 1990’s. In 2008 Mr. Sabes brought the minus5° Ice Bar concept to the United States from New Zealand. As the CEO of minus5° International, Mr. Sabes has funded and managed the expansion of the brand in the United States and currently operates two units in Las Vegas with plans to expand the brand to other major U.S. tourist destinations.
Mr. Sabes formerly served on the Board of Directors of the Minnesota Restaurant Association, the Greater Minneapolis Hospitality Association and Oak Ridge Country Club. Currently, Mr. Sabes serves on the Jewish Federation Board of Greater Las Vegas, having become a Nevada resident in 2000.

Noel Bowman is the President/Partner for M5 MGMT CO A National multi-unit/multi concept Hospitality group managing over $40M in annual revenues. He contributes more than 26 years of experience in full service operations. With a successful history at Outback Steakhouse Inc., Bowman’s expertise includes taking the brand from 2 to 900 units domestically and internation¬ally, building high performance management teams, creating marketing strategies, public relations and all facets of operations.
Bowman’s passion to succeed has been the driving force behind his most significant achievements. Previously, he held the position as Area Director for the State of Florida, Bowman developed and marketed the OSI/Jimmy Buffett concept Cheeseburger in Paradise and developed several locations which yielded more than 18 million in annual sales. Bowman was appointed the organization’s “Managing Partner of the Year” for five consecutive years.
At M5Mgmt Co, Bowman oversees all executive and operational components of (5) minus5 Ice Experience concepts, (9) New Bohemia Sausage & Bier Haus restaurants as well as 1923 Bourbon Bar/Speakeasy. All locations are high profile sites located in major casino and resort properties. He has built strate¬gic partnerships with liquor and supply vendors, instilled a policy and procedure template for the company and has revamped M5 mgmt Co. to more effectively project national growth. His creative vision and marketing skills has landed the brands several National TV spots including Live with Regis and Kelly, Travel Channel , Fox & Friends, Today Show, National Geographic and Weather Channel. His strong work ethic and fun-loving attitude has proven to motivate staff and has created a team of go-getters.
COO, Restaurant Division
Brian Ingram started his career in the food and beverage industry over 25 years ago, working in his family’s restaurants prior to his formal culinary training working with some of the finest chefs in the country.
As Executive Chef with Restaurants Unlimited Inc, Brian was tapped to open venues from Alaska, Seattle, San Francisco and Oakland. From there he joined Brinker International, where he honed his skills as a corporate trouble shooter and general manager, opening units across the country including the development of The Weber Grill Restaurant Brand in Chicago where it has won numerous Silver Platter Awards.
Brian then joined MGM Resorts International and was tasked to re-brand and concept of a Modern American Pub, with a focus on Craft Beer and unique food options. Under his oversight, the restaurants showed an upward growth of 800% year over year, setting records for profitability and sales gains within MGM Resorts International.
In 2011, Brian was hired by developer Mark Advent & Chef Alain Ducasse and tasked with conceiving fresh new concepts featuring Craft beer to pair with Chef Ducasse’s award winning food, which led to a winning item during the Greenwich Food & Wine Festival.
In 2012 Brian was tasked with building a brand for a new Minneapolis-based craft beer and sausage concept called New Bohemia Wurst + Bierhaus, which focuses on doing the little things right. Since that time, New Bohemia has become one of the fastest growing fast-casual concepts in the country, growing to seven stand-alone locations and a food truck with a staff of over 200. The restaurant has won numerous awards from best German restaurant to the top craft beer bar in Minneapolis. New Bohemia is poised for another major award in the summer of 2017.
